Where young individuals with disabilities can thrive, explore & grow!
Founded by the late Louise Charlotte-Jane in 2020, who was motivated by her desire to create better opportunities for her autistic daughter Leah. Louise's vision was born out of her dissatisfaction with existing services & her commitment to making a difference.
Today, we honor her legacy by providing exceptional, personalised services that are meaningful, enlightening & beneficial to each individuals own personal goals and aspirations.

"Eighteen years ago my partner and I were abruptly catapulted onto "Planet Disability" hand in hand with our 2-year-old daughter. A dual universe, nobody is aware of until they are forced to make a crash landing there. With our daughter, we traversed this rocky & often lonely landscape seeking out social, sporting & educational interactions where she could be herself & be accepted. Like other families of neurodiverse beings, hoping for the possibility of more interesting, inspiring & motivating experiences for our child.
"Well, we're over searching, we've created our own space."
You can fill out an online enrollment form, providing us with some basic information about your young individual and their specific needs. Once we receive your enrollment form, a member of our team will reach out to you to discuss the next steps and answer any questions you may have. We're committed to making the enrollment process as smooth and straightforward as possible, ensuring that your child can begin their journey with Planet Possible with ease. Alternatively you can contact our administration team directly on Ph: 03 8736 1288 E: admin@planetpossible.com.au
Pricing is inline with NDIS pricing guidelines and based on the level of support your young person requires. This can be discussed in further detail with our Administration team as each individuals needs and goals are different.
We offer an Independent Living Skills Program which gives individuals the opportunity to start making progress to gaining independence and experience independent living, through sleep overs at our residential home. With a focus on learning how to cook, learning domestic skills, learning personal care, personal safety, money handling, travel training and more. We understand that for some staying away from home overnight is a big deal and we are thrilled to assist you with this transition through this program, with a perfect blend of educational, recreational and fun!
We don't believe in a one size fits all approach. We learn about you, your interests, your skills, what areas and goals you would like to work on and create a roadmap around that. Whether your goals are working towards independence, entering the workforce, learning personal care, contributing to your local community through volunteer work, or just wanting to socialise, make friends and be part of a safe, welcoming and encouraging environment, we can create a personalised program for you.
If you submit an enquiry form we will send you out any events or programs we think may be of interest to you're young individual. You can also find this information on the website under the Events page. For individuals who have joined Planet Possible, we have a private Facebook page for participants families/Guardians to join, where we post live updates, pictures, videos, milestones and more! Ask our team to invite you to join the group to keep up to date.

My daughter loves the exciting places they go to and the exciting activities they do. She has more active and exciting life than I do. 🤣. The mentors are lovely and super friendly making Planet Possible the family it is.
Simply the best Disability Day Service Operator we found for our daughter who has complex needs. Their mentors and management are excellent caring people. I fully recommend them.
Planet possible and the professionalism of the staff and the range of activities available have been an absolute breath of fresh air and such a relief. I love seeing my young man come and enjoy himself, and I have full confidence he will be safe and having new opportunities. I can’t thank them enough!
Planet Possible team is amazing. They are kind, understanding, patient and professional.
My son has finally been able to make new friends, which as a parent is all you want for your child, when their whole life they've struggled to do so. He now attends Planet Possible and spends times with like minded peers who have the same abilities and interests as him and I couldn't be more thrilled. Planet Possible has been amazing for our family and I couldn't be happier with their services and highly recommend them to everyone. They're so unique in their approach and offer something for everyone.
What a fabulous space and team you have there! I have visited many different programs and I was just so excited to visit and to see Amy so happy and comfortable there. It was a quiet time while I was there but I could tell how versatile and flexible the space and offering was for your clients. Leanne was SO incredibly helpful, respectful and clearly very connected with Amy. She shared some insights with me in how the mentors offer choices w which I hope might be helpful at home while they are working through some resistance to getting out and about. It was also wonderful to see how she copes with the spaces and stimulation around her which is obviously uniquely different to home. Thank you so much for welcoming me to the space and for the support during the visit on Monday, I really appreciated it and it was a lovely note to start my working week on!
Planet Possible offers an innovative and flexible program to participants and is always prepared to go the extra mile in ensuring a safe, enjoyable and fun experience for all. The organisation is run by a dedicated team of professionals and mentors, who have spent years in the disability sector and know and understand the needs of participants. Its flexible approach allows for families to make suggestions for opportunities for engagement within the community, and for those suggestions to be enacted upon almost immediately. Further, the mentors will always pick up the phone or respond to an email – not a day later, but minutes later – which is extremely helpful when balancing the needs, demands and questions from a participant. Planet Possible is not only about social and community engagement, respite and mentoring programs. Offering a one-on-one service to assist young adults in the community, both on a volunteer basis and in a work experience capacity, is filling a much-needed gap for school leavers with special needs who are often overlooked.
