We're more than just a service, we're a Community!

Where young individuals with disabilities can thrive, explore & grow!

About Planet Possible...

Founded by the late Louise Charlotte-Jane in 2020, who was motivated by her desire to create better opportunities for her autistic daughter Leah. Louise's vision was born out of her dissatisfaction with existing services & her commitment to making a difference.

Today, we honor her legacy by providing exceptional, personalised services that are meaningful, enlightening & beneficial to each individuals own personal goals and aspirations.

Louise Charlotte-Jane
"Eighteen years ago my partner and I were abruptly catapulted onto "Planet Disability" hand in hand with our 2-year-old daughter.  A dual universe, nobody is aware of until they are forced to make a crash landing there.  With our daughter, we traversed this rocky & often lonely landscape seeking out social, sporting & educational interactions where she could be herself & be accepted. Like other families of neurodiverse beings, hoping for the possibility of more interesting, inspiring & motivating experiences for our child.

"Well, we're over searching, we've created our own space."

Whether your goals are working towards independence, entering the workforce, learning personal care, contributing to your local community through volunteer work, or just wanting to socialise, make friends and be part of a safe, welcoming and encouraging environment, we can create a personalised program for you.

My son has finally been able to make new friends, which as a parent is all you want for your child, when their whole life they've struggled to do so. He now attends Planet Possible and spends times with like minded peers who have the same abilities and interests as him and I couldn't be more thrilled. Planet Possible has been amazing for our family and I couldn't be happier with their services and highly recommend them to everyone. They're so unique in their approach and offer something for everyone.

What a fabulous space and team you have there! I have visited many different programs and I was just so excited to visit and to see Amy so happy and comfortable there. It was a quiet time while I was there but I could tell how versatile and flexible the space and offering was for your clients. Leanne was SO incredibly helpful, respectful and clearly very connected with Amy. She shared some insights with me in how the mentors offer choices w which I hope might be helpful at home while they are working through some resistance to getting out and about. It was also wonderful to see how she copes with the spaces and stimulation around her which is obviously uniquely different to home. Thank you so much for welcoming me to the space and for the support during the visit on Monday, I really appreciated it and it was a lovely note to start my working week on!

Planet Possible offers an innovative and flexible program to participants and is always prepared to go the extra mile in ensuring a safe, enjoyable and fun experience for all. The organisation is run by a dedicated team of professionals and mentors, who have spent years in the disability sector and know and understand the needs of participants. Its flexible approach allows for families to make suggestions for opportunities for engagement within the community, and for those suggestions to be enacted upon almost immediately. Further, the mentors will always pick up the phone or respond to an email – not a day later, but minutes later – which is extremely helpful when balancing the needs, demands and questions from a participant. Planet Possible is not only about social and community engagement, respite and mentoring programs. Offering a one-on-one service to assist young adults in the community, both on a volunteer basis and in a work experience capacity, is filling a much-needed gap for school leavers with special needs who are often overlooked.
